ALL-ONE GYM Inc., 5436 Woodruff Avenue, Lakewood, CA 90713, uses the information described below to respond to people interested in gym visits and memberships. This notice covers our membership inquiry forms, including Facebook and Instagram instant forms, and the discover.all-onegym.com website. It does not replace the separate notices and agreements shown when you enroll in a membership.

Information you provide

When you request membership information, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, and any other information you choose to include in your inquiry. We use these details to respond, explain membership options, arrange a visit, and follow up about your interest. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a membership or authorize a payment.

Who handles inquiry information

ALL-ONE staff and providers supporting our forms, contact management, and communications handle inquiry information for these purposes. Facebook and Instagram forms are hosted by Meta; Meta also processes information under its own privacy policy at Meta Privacy Policy. Website inquiries use Leadflow. Membership enrollment takes place separately through Gymdesk and is subject to the notices presented there. This inquiry is not permission to use your details for unrelated businesses' advertising.

Website measurement and third-party services

The discover website uses Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Leadflow tracking to measure visits and advertising activity. These services may receive technical information such as browser and device information, IP address, page visits, identifiers, and interactions, and may use cookies or similar technologies. Third parties may collect information about activity over time and across websites. Campaign tags and click identifiers in incoming links are stored in session storage and passed to inquiry or enrollment links to identify the referring campaign. These are separate from the contact details you choose to submit.

The current website does not change its tracking scripts in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences in your Meta and Google accounts. Browser controls may affect site features and do not necessarily remove information previously received by a service. Your choices and requests

You can ask us to stop membership follow-up, correct your contact information, or review or delete inquiry information by contacting the gym using the details above. Include enough information to identify your inquiry; do not send sensitive identification documents in an initial request. If you receive a message, you can also ask the sender to stop. We may need to verify a request before providing or changing information. Applicable legal requirements may affect how a request can be fulfilled.
